"Choice Builders is a “10” for sure. I spent months looking for a home on the market, while my husband commuted back and forth to work everyday. I was starting to think it was never going to end. Our first impressions… He’s just awesome. You can tell with his amazing “CAN DO” attitude, and the way he carries himself he’s up for any challenge. Even my indecisiveness didn’t scare him away. My Coastal Rustic and Hubbies manly, contemporary and made it mesh. He turned our house into the home we’ve always dreamt of right down to the kids bathroom so perfectly functional for a family with 5 kids! Everyone that sees it loves it! "Roger Thomas and Choice Builders recently completed two different Independence homes on our campus at Mountain Springs Preparatory Academy. This was such a wonderful experience for our school and for our team. From the very beginning Roger walked us through the process so we knew what to expect along the way. "I moved to Cedar City, excited to build my dream home. I knew exactly what I wanted in my head: an accessible, spacious, single level home with high ceilings, windows to catch the gorgeous sunset views, wide hallways, and plenty of storage. Roger Thomas of Choice Builders not only caught my vision, but he improved on it. He delivered a home beyond what I expected.
