Roger Thomas, owner of Choice Builders, is a leader in the construction industry and one of Southern Utah's top custom home builders. Known for his craftsmanship and dedication, Roger has overseen many remarkable homes throughout the region, including those featured in the Iron County Festival of Homes. His commercial projects include the Moonridge Academy Educational Building, Mountain Springs Preparatory Academy Bridge Houses, and the Cashman Caterpillar Corporate Headquarters.
Community Involvement
In addition to providing exceptional service to his customers, Roger is deeply involved in the community. He has served as an Executive Board Member for the Iron County Home Builders’ Association, a Utah State Representative for the Home Builders, and a member of the Iron County Planning Commission. Roger is also an active participant in the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce and the Iron County Board of Realtors, contributing to local goodwill and enhancing his outreach to better serve his clients.
Early Career
Roger's career began early in life, and after serving in the US Navy, he honed his skills with premier firms such as Lantana and Lang Wyatt in Tucson, Arizona, before becoming a Junior Partner. His leadership continued as Division Manager at Burke Construction Group in Las Vegas, where he earned a position on the Executive Management Team. Throughout his career, Roger has focused on advancing construction knowledge and leadership and delivering outstanding customer service, making him one of the most trusted Cedar City home builders.
