Design Details

A collection of two homes built for group living on campus. These homes are not only beautiful, they are durable and built to withstand the rigors of teenagers. Of course, they’ve been independently tested and inspected and have earned a great HERS Index score. We use only certified low VOC (volatile organic compounds) products for fresh, clean, healthy air. The floors are waterproof and scratch resistant, the counters are granite, and the exterior needs very little maintenance. Downstairs, bathrooms are built to accommodate four teenagers getting up at the same time and to provide each with their own privacy. With good design, the house easily accommodates wheelchair accessibility while looking good too.

But with every builder claiming to be qualified, how can you be sure you’re picking the right one?
